Our Rhythm is Simple
People are our Hearts : Jesus is our Message
Whether you are exploring faith for the first time, returning to church after a long time away, or looking to grow in your discipleship journey, we’re here to walk alongside you.
Who We Are
Welcome to Albany Park Baptist Church (known as AP)— we are a growing, community-focused church located in Albany Park, Bexley. We’re passionate about serving our community with compassion, authenticity, and the life-changing hope of Jesus Christ.
Everyone has a story. Everyone has value. Everyone is welcome.
Albany Park Baptist Church is shaped by the people who call it home — families, single parents, young adults, seniors, those curious about church, and those who have been Christians for many years. We believe church should feel like belonging, not a performance — a place where faith is lived, questions are welcomed, and grace is experienced.
What we Believe
We believe that faith is more than Sunday. Our faith is with us every day, lived out in our daily lives, sharing the love of Jesus wherever we go.
In common with other Christians, we believe that God is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He lovingly created and rules the world and speaks through the Bible. All people have dignity but are broken by sin. Jesus became human, died for us, and rose again to save us. We are made right with God by grace through faith. The Holy Spirit gives new life and power. The Church follows Jesus, worships God, and shares His love with the whole hurting world today.
